No. Traceline runs in your web browser on desktop, tablet or phone.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — 14 days free, all features, no restrictions.
What counts as a seat?
Admin and Roaster users. Seed includes 2 and Craft and above have unlimited users. Viewers who only look are free and unlimited.
Can several roasteries use one account?
Each roastery gets its own isolated workspace.
Can I import my existing stock?
Yes, by CSV import in Inventory.
Which currencies are supported?
USD, LAK, THB, SGD, MYR, INR, EUR and GBP, with monthly FX rates you control.
Does it connect to my roasting machine?
A live roast screen with hardware connection is included. Without a machine attached it runs in simulation mode, and you can still log roasts manually.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Export to CSV or JSON at any time.
What if I forget my password?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page; a reset code is emailed to you.
Does it work offline?
Measurements can be recorded offline and sync later. Other modules need a connection.
Can my buyers see anything?
Only what you publish: public allocation pages and public journal pages.
